Elevate

The system of record for revenue — pipeline, accounts, and guided selling run by agents that work the deals with you.

What it does

Built for the whole company, not a silo.

Elevate is the CRM at the center of the revenue engine. Every account, contact, deal, and touch lives on the same schema as your finance and people data, so the AI that moves a deal forward can see the whole company behind it.

What ships in the box

  • Pipeline, accounts, and activity on one revenue workspace
  • Guided selling that drafts the next step on every open deal
  • Full AI assistance from Growth tier up — summaries, drafts, forecasts
  • Native integrations and SSO at Scale
  • Capture notetaker hours included with matching tiers

Honest comparison

Elevate vs Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Salesforce is the default enterprise CRM, and for good reasons. Here is the honest trade, so you can decide with real information.

Where Salesforce Sales Cloud wins

  • Ecosystem depth — AppExchange has thousands of apps and a global pool of certified admins and consultants
  • Deep enterprise customization, industry clouds, and a two-decade analyst-validated track record
  • If you need a specific niche integration, someone has already built it for Salesforce

Where Elevate wins

  • Zero-touch data — finance, HR, and equity records are native on the Common Data Core, not a connector project
  • AI agents are built in from Starter, not sold as a per-seat add-on on top of license cost
  • Mid-market pricing: $49–99 per user/mo list, and bundling with Ledger or Engine takes 20–50% off
  • Guided selling and CPQ-style deal math ship in the box instead of as separately-priced clouds

The verdict: Choose Salesforce if you need AppExchange depth or heavy bespoke customization. Choose Elevate if you are a mid-market company that wants CRM, finance, and people data on one record with the AI included.

Questions, answered

Elevate — frequently asked.

What does Interlock Elevate cost?

Elevate is priced per user per month: Starter $49 (3–15 users, $147/mo minimum), Growth $79 (5–50 users, $395 minimum), Scale $99 (10–200 users, $990 minimum), and custom Enterprise pricing. Annual billing takes 15% off, multi-year terms up to 25%, and bundling with other Interlock products saves 20–50%.

Is Elevate a good CRM for mid-market companies?

Yes — Elevate is an AI-native CRM built specifically for mid-market companies ($10M–$500M revenue). Tiers span 3 to 200 users with guided selling from the first tier, and it shares one data core with Interlock's accounting, HR, and equity products, so a mid-market team gets enterprise-grade unification without an integration project.

Does Elevate integrate with accounting and HR software?

Elevate doesn't integrate with Interlock's accounting (Ledger) and HR (Workforce) products — it shares a single Common Data Core with them. A customer, invoice, or employee exists exactly once, so there are no connectors, sync jobs, or duplicate records to reconcile. Native third-party integrations and SSO ship at the Scale tier.

Does Elevate include AI, or is it an add-on?

AI is built in, not an add-on: Starter includes basic AI and guided selling, Growth adds the full AI assistance layer (summaries, drafts, forecasts), and Scale adds advanced AI with SSO. There is no separate per-seat AI SKU.

Is Elevate SOC 2 and FedRAMP compliant?

Elevate runs on the Interlock platform, which is coded to SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST CSF r2, and FedRAMP High standards and is audit-ready for all three (certifications in progress). Tenancy is enforced at the database row level and every product runs in an isolated container.

Can I try Elevate before buying?

Yes — every self-serve tier starts with a 14-day free trial through Stripe checkout, and monthly billing can be cancelled anytime. Start from the pricing page; no sales call required below Enterprise.

Part of the OS

It never works alone.

Elevate reads and writes the Common Data Core — the same governed data layer as every other Interlock product. No connectors, no sync jobs, no export-import. Pair it with the rest of the OS and the agents see the whole company.

Put Elevate to work.

Priced for the mid-market. Bundles save 20–50%.
